Finish quality is decided before the first coat. Sanding, patching, caulking, priming, masking, floor protection — the steps most painters compress are the steps we take seriously.

Annapolis homes have specific demands: coastal exposure, salt air, cedar shake, historic trim, and standards set by neighborhoods that notice. We work in this environment by default.
